              工業應用當中,管道在全長度范圍內,內壁的質量和磨損直接影響其內徑。為此,需要高精度,快速和可靠性高的測量數據評估管道內壁質量。例如,化學工業當中使用的管道,在使用的過程中進行磨損測量。需要將生產環節暫停下來,兩套相互垂直90°的電容傳感器,一次性將管道內壁測量完畢。


              采用德國米銥公司提供的idiamCONTROL測量系統,使測量雙蝸桿擠出機孔徑的任務變得非常簡單。該測量系統采用非接觸式電容位移傳感器,專門為測量塑料擠出機孔徑而設計。

              為了測量孔徑,傳感器組被塞入擠出機孔內,并很大限度地被推入通孔深處。測量系統采用兩支反向安裝的電容式位移傳感器,測量擠出機通孔內壁的光滑程度。兩支傳感器測出的距離信息在控制器內部被換算成直徑信息??梢酝ㄟ^旋轉十字車輪40°,得到六組雙蝸桿擠出機孔內徑測量值。牽引測量傳感器單元在被測孔內移動,測試單元會記錄并存儲直徑測量結果和走過多長距離??梢酝ㄟ^RS232/USB端口,將測量數據傳輸給個人電腦,用于存檔和圖形化評測。測得的數據可以在整個通孔長度內展現為直徑值,任何超過允許公差的偏差值都會被立刻顯示出來。
